Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted ceramics and the unique, one-of-a-kind character of each piece, returns or exchanges are not offered.

Each item in this collection is an individual work of art, carefully created and impossible to replicate exactly. The fragility of ceramics also makes return shipping risky, as even minor mishandling can result in damage.

Customers are encouraged to make thoughtful and committed decisions when purchasing. To assist with this, the artist is happy to answer any questions or provide additional detailed photos of products upon request.

Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase. Customer satisfaction is important, and the goal is to ensure that each person finds the perfect piece that resonates with them.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting handmade ceramic art!
